Colour: High deep pomegranate with intense pomegranate hues, very lively.
Nose: Intense aromas of black forest fruits, violets, jazmine flowers and herbs. The wood is very well integrated with light touches of very thin species; cinnamon, vanilla, pepper...
Mouth: Seductive with an intense, very elegant, round feel. Very retronasal wine with the fruit and flowers go out again, very persistent and balanced, showing full harmony.

Production: 1,375 "Bordeaux" style bottles
Elaboration: Alcoholic fermentation at an everage temperature of 25º in stainless tanks with maceration of 20 days. Aged 22 months in new casks of French oak and in Bordeaux style bottles afterwards.
Colour: High deep black plum colour with purplish edge
Nose: Fresh black forest fruits, balsamic, eucalyptus, laurel, rosemary, menthol. Wood is present with notes of smoke and roast.
Mouth: Powerful, forceful, astringent entry, menthol freshness with silky, wide and persistent tannins, flowers in retronasal (roses) and quite oily. It came with character and own personality.
Soils : Smooth clay.

Elaboration: The control of the temperature in the maceration and fermentation has allowed to extract the maximum power and aromas of the fruit. Aged 8 months in French oak casks of the third wine.
Colour: High deep blackberries with raspberry hues.
Nose: Intense fresh aromas of black forest fruits (cranberries), violets, a touch of balsamic. Bluring the glass reveals secondary aromas of pastry and touches of soft wood with notes of vanilla.
Mouth: It is warm, elegant, soft, floral, with obvious fruit and the freshness of menthol. It has a very balanced acidity, is round, with very silky tannins of the fruits.

Pairing: Pastas, rissotos, smoked fish.
