Elaboration: Ageing during 13 months in casks of French and American oak. It is a classical ensamblage of the French varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

Colour: Very intense cherry with garnetedges

Nose: Intense aromas of  black mature fruits (blackberries, cranberries). Complex and expressive aromas, balsamic tones. Very balanced. 

Mouth: Tasty, spicy, mature tannins. Long aftertaste, creamy and elegant.

Colour: Very intense dark cherry red color with ruby reflections.

Nose: A soft sweetness, flavour of mature cherries (violet and rose) with a touch of wild herbs.

Mouth: Very tasty and complex, spicy, with alive acidity and notes of  cocoa and chocolate. Long aftertaste, creamy and elegantly.

Rosara 2015

Elaboration: Direct pressing after the process of destemming . The alcoholic fermentation was carried out at 15°C, followed by the malolactic fermentation. At the end, it was filtered and clarified.

Colour: Pink raspberry.

Nose: Intense and fruity. Petals of roses with subtle touches of cherry and strawberries in the background.

Mouth: Fresh and sweet with balanced acidity that supports the strong flavor of red fruits followed by floral notes. Long persistence.
