Elaboration: Direct pressing after the process of destemming . The alcoholic fermentation was carried out at 15°C, followed by the malolactic fermentation. At the end, it was filtered and clarified.

Nose: Intense and fruity. Petals of roses with subtle touches of cherry and strawberries in the background.
Mouth: Fresh and sweet with balanced acidity that supports the strong flavor of red fruits followed by floral notes. Long persistence.
