The grape grown at the altitude of 850 metres above sea level
following the principles of sustainability.
No herbicides or pesticides are employed here, the winemakers use algae from the Spanish coast as natural protection from insects.
7 days maceration and fermentation at 21ºC.
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Due to the process, sulfur at bottling is extremely low.
Aromas of fresh flower blossoms and lime predominate this wine that on the mouth
expresses its softness and sweet tannins. The balance between citrus and boysenberry fruit show perfect integration. The finish leaves a sweet lime aftertaste.
Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC .
